TOY STORY LOTSO CUPCAKES

Hello guys & welcome back to Disney Elz! :)

A few weeks ago, myself and Holly (@thisgirlcalledholly) got together to film some halloween baking videos! I chose the villainous Lotso! :) I decided to make delicious Lotso cupcakes! You can watch our videos TONIGHT at 6pm! One on my channel and one on Holly's! :) Below, you get the first look at how the cupcakes turned out as well as a recipe and step by step guide on how to make your own! We hope you enjoy our videos!

YOU'LL NEED:

175 g butter (at room temperature), cut into large pieces

175 g self-raising flour

175 g caster sugar

1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

3 large eggs

Icing (Buttercream)

Edible pink colouring

Chewy sweets and sprinkles for decoration

WHAT TO DO:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Add cake ingredients to a bowl and beat until smooth (add pink colouring at this stage for cakes or split the mix and add different amounts of colouring for a swirly layered look)!

Divide the mixture evenly between the paper cases.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes then leave to cool.

Add colouring to your pink icing and decorate! :)
